Rules for academic teachers applying for visits under the Erasmus+ programme

Rules for the 2023/2024 academic year

1. Under the Erasmus+ Programme (Erasmus), an academic teacher of the University of Linguistics (WSL) may travel exclusively to a partner university holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (Charter) with which the university has signed an appropriate agreement (the list of bilateral agreements is included in Annex 1).
2. The purpose of an academic teacher’s visit is to conduct teaching activities for students of the partner university. Before the academic teacher travels to the partner university, the parties should agree on the programme of classes to be conducted by the academic teacher.
3. Application forms are available on the wsl.edu.pl website and at the WSL International Cooperation Office.
4. A teacher travelling to a foreign university receives a grant (scholarship) intended to cover additional costs related to the travel and stay at the partner university. The grant is not intended to cover the full costs associated with the stay abroad. The amount of this grant is calculated based on the rates applicable under the Erasmus+ programme (KA103).
5. An individual academic teacher’s stay at the partner university must begin and end between 1 June 2020 and 30 September 2021. An academic teacher’s visit may not be shorter than 2 days. The teacher must complete a minimum of 8 teaching hours.
6. Upon returning, the academic teacher submits the following documents to the International Cooperation Office:
   • a certificate from the partner university confirming that the classes were conducted (minimum 8 hours);
   • the Erasmus teacher–scholar questionnaire (online);
