Recruitment for Erasmus international mobility takes place once a year. If not all places/scholarships are used, WSL may announce a second recruitment round. The detailed recruitment schedule is announced on the noticeboards of the International Cooperation Office and on the university website wsl.edu.pl.
-
Candidates are selected by the University Erasmus Scholarship Committee (the composition of the Committee is attached as Appendix no. 3 to these regulations), which draws up a list of students initially selected for mobility.
-
The list of selected individuals will be announced on the wsl.edu.pl website.
-
The selected candidates for mobility submit the following documents to the International Cooperation Office within the deadline specified in the recruitment schedule:
- application form (Application Form – the internal form of the host university),
- traineeship agreement (Training Agreement),
- agreement for carrying out the mobility for the purpose of completing a traineeship (Placement contract)

-
A student selected for mobility receives a grant (scholarship) intended to cover additional costs related to travel and stay at the partner university. The grant is not intended to cover the full costs associated with staying abroad. Information on the amount of this grant is announced by WSL in the document “Rules for the allocation, award and payment of the Erasmus grant to students, teachers and administrative staff” for the academic year 2013/2024. The document is available on the wsl.edu.pl website.
-
WSL undertakes to recognise the period of the traineeship completed at the partner university, provided that the student completes the programme agreed before departure in the document “Traineeship Agreement” (Training Agreement).
