With regard to student study mobility at Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna w Częstochowie in the 2023/2024 academic year, the following rules for the allocation of funding are established:

1. The monthly grant amount is determined on the basis of the recommendations of the ERASMUS+ National Agency for a given academic year and depends on the amount allocated by the National Agency for student exchanges in that academic year. The amount is calculated on the basis of the rates applicable under the Erasmus+ programme (KA103). The final grant amount is calculated by the Mobility Tool reporting system on the basis of the mobility start and end dates.
2. 80% of the grant amount will be paid after WSL receives confirmation of arrival at the host institution (Certificate of Arrival). The remaining 20% will be paid after the student has completed all formalities, including the online report and OLS language tests.

With regard to student traineeship mobility at Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna w Częstochowie in the 2023/2024 academic year, the following rules for the allocation of funding are established:

2. The individual grant amount is calculated on the basis of the rates set by the National Agency for a given academic year. (amount allocated for subsistence plus a flat-rate contribution towards travel costs)
3. The grant amount will be paid as a lump sum before departure.
